YVDMI/VDMS Mid Year Meeting 2020

As an evaluation of VDMI activities in 2020, VDMI held the Mid Year Join Meeting between YVDMI and VDMS on August 7-8, 2020. Due to the unpredictable Pandemic C19 situation, almost 60% of activities should be replaced into new virtual programs, especially in Capacity Building as we committed to continuing to support VDMI grantees to achieve their best in their professional life and enable them to overcome challenges and life hardships. The support is not only for the Scholarship and Capacity Building (virtual) up to December 2020 but also for providing additional semester costs for grantees that need to prolong their thesis because of the pandemic and also to provide internet packages for grantees based on the survey. Partnerships were also reviewed. Based on the 5-year strategic plan, in the next 2021, there will be another 6 (six) universities potential to be VDMI partners. Accredited as A or B should be met as the requirement.
