Leadership Sharing Session (Universitas Flores)

On 23 and 30 September 2021, the Leadership Sharing Session with Bapak Ronny H Mustamu (Director Quadran Conslting) was held for VDMI grantees in Flores University. During the session, the participants discussed various cases of leadership. For instance, Dorotea Gussa asked for guidance on how to notice her passion. Pak Ronny explained that passion is anything that we can do it excellently we enjoy spending our time on it.

Furthermore, leading a non-profit organization may be hard since often time the members do not receive benefit (money) for getting involved the organizations’ activities. This phenomenon became Vicensius Jeradu’s concerned while leading his organization. Pak Ronny highlighted that, in a non-profit organization, ensure all members receive benefit. The Benefit does not have to be tangible; it can be intangible such as friendship or togetherness. In this type of organization, inspire more instead of order.
