PIC Meeting 2022

After two years, Van Deventer-Maas Indonesia again held a PIC Meeting on 12 – 15 December 2022 at the Fox Hotel Beach Jimbaran, Bali. The activity was attended by 32 PIC (Person in Charge) from VDMI Partners, VDMS Board Netherland, YVDMI Board and VDMI Office. This year’s theme is “Strengthen Bond”. It is hoped that with the PIC Meeting, the spirit of togetherness and kinship will be re-formed. The theme was chosen because some of the current PICs are new PICs and need to build togetherness as a family.

The series of activities began with a Sharing Session with the PIC and VDMI Office regarding VIAS (VDMI Integrated Administration System) consisting of the Online Registration System (ORS), Student Administration System (SAS), Financial Administration System (FAS) and Student Monitoring System (SMS). Followed by sharing with Annisa Taqwa Muslim Zazi (alumna of Hang Tuah University) regarding “Online Gender Based Violence” and “Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse”. The second day, so that the theme could be realized, a joint Outbound was made between the PIC, VDMS Board Netherland and VDMI Office. Lastly, there was a session with Ani Fegda “Point Of You” as a refreshment for PIC so that the enthusiasm returns to routine and decides to be happy in doing it.
